Florida Sealcoating Process

• Surface Cleaning and Preparation. We begin by clearing the driveway of dirt, debris, and loose material using professional equipment to ensure proper bonding of the sealer. If there is heavy buildup from dirt, mud, or organic growth, we recommend those areas be power washed beforehand.
• Oil Stain Preparation. Any wet oil or chemical spots are treated to help reduce bleed-through into the new coating. Treated areas will cure slightly darker than the surrounding surface.
• Sealer Application. We apply a Star-Seal asphalt sealer by hand using brushes to provide full coverage and a uniform finish across the driveway.
• Curing and Protection. Once the application is complete, the driveway is blocked off with our yellow banner to prevent use while the surface cures.

What Sealcoating Will Not Fix

Sealcoating is a preventive service designed to protect the surface of your driveway, not repair existing damage.

Sealcoating helps protect against Florida's sun, rain, and wear, but it does not rebuild or replace damaged asphalt.

• Cracks will remain visible after the sealer is applied.
• Low or uneven areas will not be corrected.
• It does not fix underlying structural issues.
